Shiatsu is a technique that originates from Japan, meaning Shi for finger and Atsu for pressure. Shiatsu provides the possibility of re-releasing blocked life energy. Systematic impulses are sent directly along the meridians (energy channels) and intense relaxation is achieved by means of pressure, stretching and mobilisation.
