The Wellness & SPA Hotel Winzer provides every guest the opportunity to thoroughly check out the state of his or her respective energy metabolism with the aid of special measuring instruments. Optimally qualified wellness trainers examine the status-quo at the beginning of your holiday, by applying modern methods, and then help you to put together an individually suited wellness and fitness programme. In addition to an energy profile, you will receive diet recommendations and tips for a well balanced way of life.
I-Health Wellness Check-up
The I-Health Wellness Supervisor is a modern measuring device based on state-of-the-art technology that was developed for the aerospace industry.
The results of the measurements will be evaluated by our wellness trainers, then we develop a recommendation for an individually suited “well-being combination”.
In addition to your energy profile, the element type and the application recommendations, you will also be provided with diet recommendations. These are based on traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda techniques. A beamer with electro-magnetic waves and a light pen with certain colour sequences help to get your energy profile in balance. We can provide you with a detailed brochure to read at home, which has useful information on your element type.
